How to make custom watch face for GTR?

Hello, community,

I have just tried to get some information from this forum and I am very grateful that there is so much to read about my new Smartwatch Amazfit GTR 47 mm.
I have now tried to extract a bin file using the tool viewtopic.php?f=29&t=816&p=2313#p2313 offered here. I don't use original Watchfaces but custom Watchfaces already created by users like https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/gtr/view/2081. Unfortunately the error is always the same as shown in the picture. Can anyone help me with this?
Furthermore I read in the posts above my post how the packing/unpacking should work (if it works ). But how do I edit the unpacked files - so which tool do I use to do that ? Or is this really pure programming via json file text editor?

They are using python based tool.
The exe extractor is not up to date.

That is the problem. I used python 3.8, newer than the specified one. But nothing happens...

Try use different python tools
Im using dev-gtr py tools.. its stated in the same thread

IThanks for your help, I have also tried several programs. The problem always occurs when I want to unpack Watchfaces with weather. The post says you need Python+pillow. This Pillow is the problem I think. I tried to install it but somehow it doesn't seem to work.

The yellow bar in my posted picture shows that there is a problem with the weather icons.

Well, then I just have to wait for you to put beautiful Watchfaces online again

With SashaCX75Tool Gui, in 5.1 you can't unpack with the "No Python Tool Version of this Gui Package, retrieved @4PDA on Sascha75 link ] When you try, It does nothing on Hikashi Watchface [ The One with Analogic Extra Hand or on my Daytona ]

I am using both methods and getting some WF that seem to be good but can not be installed at the GTR....
I thougth that i was caused by the size of pngs, but the size of .bin is only 1.467 kb so i that's not the problem.

Could be something related to "weather" ¿? it seems to create good bin files but they are not getting installed...
Any light will be thanked.
