Serious problem with watchfaces for GTR 2
I have had some problem with the watchfaces for GTR 2.
1. It is impossible to handle them from Zepp.
2. Notify and Fitness only helps to install them, but not to manage them either.
3. It's impossible to eliminate them ... or I do not know how to do it.
4. Some watchfaces are not very fine. For example, the second hand "jumps".
5. Restoring to factory settings with an "unofficial" watchface caused a serious crash of my watch.
Has it happened to someone else or am I very clumsy?

I've tried to install some via notify, and I can delete them on Zepp (store - watch face management - delete). So far never face any crash issue
I cannot install with Notify from this web page (message: "Not possible yet"), only from the downloaded .bin file.
I made it without problem before with GTR 47 mm. It's impossible now with GTR 2.
But later, this face ... does not appear in Zepp! So I can't delete it like the others installed from the Zepp application itself.
My mobile is a new and updated S20.
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestion?

Same behavior, I can't handle WF downloaded with notify from Zepp.
But you can delete the customized WF directly from your watch.
Do as if you want to select another WF (from your watch) and don't validate your choice but swip up you will see the trash bin.

I was unaware of this delete option on the watch. Only a few days with my new GTR 2.

I have tried loading new faces but constantly get a Sync request. Click Sync and takes me to the Zepp app. Watch is synced and working fine. No watch faces can be downloaded and added though. Do I have to delete one before adding another?

I too have had the same problem - ended up using AmazTools app to find the face and install it as a custom file

Installing AmazFaces watch faces:
1) Install AmazFaces app and also the AmazTools app.
2) Pair your GTR2/2e with AmazTools. For GTR-2e, select "GTR2".
3) In AmazFaces app, use the filter feature to display only watch faces compatible to your watch. For GTR-2e, select "GTR2". Select the watch face you wish to install, press the SHARE icon and send the file to AmazTools for syncing.
If you are getting "Generic Error" failure message repeatedly after many attempts, the storage might be full. Try deleting some existing watch faces and try again.
