So the other day after a walk using my T-Rex to map it and track it, I get home to review the stats of the walk. While I'm using the watch it freezes up, won't do anything and is stuck on the stats. The watch wouldn't power of, reset, etc.
By holding down all 4 buttons at the same time, the watch managed to reset itself. You need to hold down the buttons for estimated 15 or 20 seconds. I reviewed the online manual and couldn't find this function listed. Hopefully this helps someone out if they run into this situation. I was ready to to proceed with a warranty claim but this worked, and the watch is working fine.

Helpful Tip - Watch Frozen won't do anything [T-Rex]
Moderatori: Internal error, Watchmens
Hello, I tried to put down the timer today and my screen has frozen on main screen. I couldn't have do anything. I somehow managed to restart them and now the screen is permanently off while the watch still works. I can turn them off, on, restart, they are connected and vibrating when I press "find watch" on my phone. But there is no way how to turn on the display.

I got the same problem today, and I think the problem occurs when you sync your stats through Zepp. I got it unfroze either by syncing or using send text notification feature from a 3rd party app named Notify & Fitness.
After that, turn off Bluetooth on phone, turn on again and resync via Zepp.
