We need AmazFaces app testers for Xiaomi Mi Band 5 (Mi Smart Band 5)

You need to test the functionality of the application for the Mi Band 5 smart bracelets and, in case of problems, report in this thread.

1. If you enter wrong passwotd on login, nothing happens. Add some feedback/error message.
2. When I logged in, it shows device "gts" and NO option to change it to Mi band 5. Not sure why it cannot find my device. I havent turned on any restrictions. It is already paired with my phone / Mi fit app.

If I try to download a WF, AmazFaces show me:
"Synchronize the watch with the MI Fit! app...."
Of course my MI Band 5 is synchronized with the MI Fit! app.
When I then touch "Retry Install", an error message is shown for a short time:
"Somethig wrong: e.m.a.r0.n: Location permission missing (code 3)"

For what AmazFaces needs the location?
I wll not give AmazFaces this perission, but for testing, I give it.

MI Fit! is working all the time.

I got a firmware update to V1.0.1.32 just before trying AmazFaces .

The app is although enough fine to be used but there are some errors -
1. This beta version of this app always says "synchronise the band with Mi fit app " if it's already synced .
2. The biggest problem is this whenever I add any watchface/ dial as my favorite it shows an error that this user ID has no favourites.



Till now I have not found any more problems . I will reply back if I find any more .
And please don't forget to fix them in the stable version of the amazfaces app .

I don't get why everything's so complicated...
Why not just let the app download the faces to the correct location on the band (without having to replace a previous installed face) so it appears in the Local band displays page in Mi Fit?
That's how the Mi Band 5 Watchfaces app works and it's great.
No fooling around with bluetooth connections and syncing or anything.
