Effective fitness app
Hi guys! Do you go to the gym or do sports at home? I am curious whether fintess applications could be a good alternative to visiting gyms. I've heard that today fitness app development is a very popular topic and there is a wide variety of such apps. If you are doing sports with such app, share its title here. Thanks in advance!
Hi dear friend , as I saw your topic today only , I had gone through it thoroughly . As I don't go to any gym . You are right , I do sports at home . As I have Mi band 1 , Mi band 2 HRX edition , Mi band 3 and NFC version also , Mi band 4 and NFC version also and lastly Mi band 5 NFC .
Since , I have paired all of them with Mi fit app so yeah I do swimming , outdoor running , jogging , yoga etc etc .
so you can use Mi fit app for fitness to keep yourself healthy and fit , if you have a Mi band or other .
Any more doubts , let me know . I am here to help
Thanks
Regards

Hi SundyJenner,
I used Home Workout (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ment&hl=en) for a while, as it requires only a pad and some space.
You can also check out the programs at Darebee (https://darebee.com/programs.html). There are many different options, from some light workouts to some tough ones. Some require some equipment (dumbbells, sandbag or bar, for example), but some other don't. I'm following a program there.
