How to upload or change Avatar in amazfit watchfaces community ??

I have tried more than 50 times to change my avatar in amazfit watchfaces community . Whenever I try to change my Avatar it shows your file size must be between 0 to 19 kib . Or it shows its invalid / your required file can't be used in this forum / or your file should be 100*100 .
So can anyone please help me .
If anyone knows can you please give step by step so that I will be able to change my avatar . Thanks
