not possible to install faces via ios app

dear all,

I found some lovely WF on your side but i am unable to upload them into my GTR 42mm using my iphone (ios 13.5.1)

when selected a wf (tried with several all for gtr 42mm) and i click download on the app (amazfaces ver 2.8.80), a search bar runs and at the end the following message appears:

synchronize the watch with the MiFit/Amafit application (open and check the MiFit/Amazfit connection status).

I have the Amazfit app running at the background and my watch is connected to it.

any ideas?

Sorry guys, I manage to solve it via installing amaztools as well in same iphone.

first download from amazfaces to amaztools and this install it directly into gtr
