Won't install face
Guys unistalled and reinstalled the amazfit app and the amaz faces app..
Was all working perfect had a update the app see the watch but won't put the new face on
Does the battery need to be at 50% or more as mine currently on 40%
Is there any other way to put face on watch.
The watch is rubbish without my favourite faces

A small guide for interacting with watches through AmazFaces
1.Turn on discovery in Amazfit.
2.Wait for synchronization.
3.Open AmazFaces and try the installation.
4.If the clock is still not connected.
5.Open the bluetooth settings.
6.Remove the watch from the list of paired devices.
7.Start at point 1
Important AmazFaces application must receive all permissions, including access to geolocation.

Hello. I have a similar issue installing faces. IOS app seems to work and I can access all the GTR faces. when I try to download the watch will start to load the face. After less than one minute the watch shows a failed to load error yet the app still shows it is loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything yet the problem continues.
i have mounted watchfaces for months from this app, but
lately any faces I put, the watch gives me error. I looked in the folder and the file created, with the download of any faces, is only 77b.
Can you help me? Thank you

Try face that were created in May , First day of June or before.
They sync without problem.
The newer Face // Fresh face won't sync because the download size is 77B.
Same problem here : viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1460

On my side, file swap method work.. by downloading the "new beta version"

I just got a S10+ and it simply doesn't install anything (even old watchfaces).
I proceed with Drongo's sugestion, made it manually, and it worked like a charm.
Finally, I uninstalled the Amazwatch faces app.
