Same problem here as it just started. I had a chance to upload by WiFi about 10 new watch faces to my Stratos 3 watch tonight. The last watch face I uploaded went in okay but when I clicked on the X after the advertise played, the game advertisement kept c0ming back no matter what o do. The game advertisements would keep reloading when I tried to X it out after viewing. This is when the Amazfit Watch Face App stopped working for me, I wonder if there was a virus in one of the watch face downloads? Now my Amazfit Watch Face App will not open at all. I deleted and reloaded again and it is still the same. On first opening of the app, I get to choose which watch devise I have. I choose Stratos watch and then the app fails and I go back to my iPhone home page. After that, whenever I click on the Amazfit Face App, it shits down automatically. I wonder what could have gone wrong, The last watch download may have caused the app to crash. Please help me if you can to get your Amazfit Watch Face App running again on my iPhone so I can load more watch faces. Thank you.

Hola, el problema parece estar en la cantidad de datos que necesita para arrancar. Poner el móvil en modo avión, luego abrir la aplicación y sin cerrarla activar el wifi. Mientras no Cambies de modo o no cierres la aplicación funciona y deja descargar. Al menos esto lo soluciona momentáneamente. Saludos.

Hi, the problem seems to be the amount of data you need to boot. Put the mobile in airplane mode, then open the application and without closing it activate the wifi. As long as you don't change modes or close the application works and lets you download. At least this temporarily fixes it. Regards.

I deleted and downloaded the latest version from the Apple site and the app still crashes on start up. I tried putting my phone in airplane mode and I am able to get to the where it say select your device, then it crashes once I select Stratos, Got any other ideas that may work?

The latest iphone version downloaded from the Apple App Store still crashes upon opening. It was working until I started downloading some faces which worked fine and then it started to crash on every start up after that. Could it be a bug in one of the faces linked advertisements? I noticed on the last watch face download, the watch face download contained a Game advertisement which I had to watch before X it out. My last watch face download may have caused the issue as something did not seem right. Hope this gets fixed soon as my new GTR will be arriving soon and uses the same watch face app also.

The airplane mode temp fix worked for me, thanks. This issue has been happening for the past week or 2. Same issues as everyone's reported. Crashes as soon as you open it.

Well that was short lived. Now airplane mode trick doesn't work either.

Hi, I’m using GTR 47mm, and I got this crash just 10min before. I tried to disable the network, the app is worked, then I try to switch the device for other else (tested with gts, gtr 42mm), the app seems work fine, but when I switch it back to gtr 47mm, the app crash again...by the way, my iOS is 13.3.1
