Aloha Amazfit forum I have just migrated from my old pebble watch, and much to my disappointment there is no way to view ocean tide tables from the Amazfit Stratos There were several watch faces available for my pebble that showed the tide height and next high/ low tide... anyone know of one for the Stratos? Or interested in making one?
Not sure if this is possible. The pebble did this with acualized data from websites which provide this data.
Can the stratos also get data via any kind of request?
I’m not at all knowledgeable of these things this info would come from a normal weather service in coastal areas.. I have to wonder why this would be different than getting the information for the weather app that is supplied?
Aloha! I have this same request, as a surfer I need to know when the tides are low or high and I used to have a tide watch, but now with the Amazfit Stratos I have everything but the tide information. World tide is a fixed database, no need to connect to the internet to update it, old non-smart watches have these databases in their memories for a number of surf points around the world so I suppose it's not a huge amount of data to store. Anyone know of a watch face programmer that could do this for us?
That's a great start! Thank you. I installed it but the watch screen is too small to actually read the times. I do get a good idea just by looking at the graph though. Now we just need someone to take that info and make a watch face!
Has there been any progress on getting tides to show? I definitely want to be able to see my local tides on the watch face. If it is possible, I will buy an AmazFit watch.
