Problem on initialization "boot looping"

Hello everyone!

I've been having some problems with my amazfit GTR, I don't know what happened, if was a new version about updating or another thing.
So, the screen was strange and after I turned off and afterwards turn on the screen again, it don't leave of initial screen like a "boot lopping". It's displaing the logo "amazfit" and restart again.
Someone could help me to solve this issue?
It's impossible to reset it, because the watch doesn't get in on configuration screen.

Put it on charger, wait to connected to the phone and change watchface.

It happened to me last week after new firmware for GTR was installed, the Weather on the watch was showing funny characters instead of Temperature. I did same as the previous answer, I changed the watchface, it was fine after that. I also changed it back to the watchface that had the problem and it was fine as well.
