Hi^^ not an alarm but the notification Icon if used in the watchface [ Watchface Bluetooth Icon = Paired or not paired with Phone ]
Watchface creator use it and other don't [ If I can't put it on my watchface, watchface is made without ]

On = White Icon
Off = Grey Icon
Watchface creator use them both // use only the activated one // or don't use them.
All watchface creators do what they want^^
