During the last week I was not able to download watchfaces. I reinstalled the app, choose a watcface, at tha left of download button there is a settings choice, ı select "file swap" method..Download the watchface and it works.....

I have same problem,in my case,the watch start to install but when it reaches 100%,the watchfaces become the default one?

Can you tell me how to fix it?

after upgrading my OP6 to Android 10 the app crashes when trying to download a watchface. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and had no luck

Can you please help, I've got a new Amazfit GTS, and I can not start it because of problems with the Amazfit app. It crash at the "date of birth" imformation and i can not continue with registration.

The Amazfit app crashes when i am trying to input the "date of birth". Therefore I can't proceed with registration. Is anyone solved this problem?

I have the same problem with my brand new watch, when I'm going to introduce the birth date the app crashes. Please, there is a fix for this?

Hi guys, I just installed an older version (2.9) and everything works fine. Its disgusting that we have to do these things to get the watch working.

Older versions may not work for their own reasons, so we recommend using the latest beta version. Unfortunately, due to frequent changes in the Amazfit and Mi fit applications, we do not always have time to respond in time to problems at work. Android update wave has made its corrections. We are working on fixing bugs and your feedback is important to us. So we returned to the application the old installation method through file spoofing.

Today AmazFaces app suddenly stops! When I try to run it app crash every time. I try to clear cache, I try to reinstall it but nothing helps. I have Amazfit GTR 47mm and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro and everything was fine until today.

There was no update. Not for the app and not for the phone.

In my case, this morning app Amazface starts, you can browse the watch faces but when you try to install any of them the app crash everytime!

I try that but no results. When I try to download face and click "REPLACE" button program crash. There is no "AMAZFIT" button like few days ago, just crash...

p.s. Some of watch faces from my favorite list works (but mostly of them crashes)

Same problem here with ios 13.5 and Amazfit Bip. Once I selected the watch model (Amazfit Bip/Amazfit Bip lite) app instantly crashed and keeps doing the same on startup. Are you planning to fix this?

Same here...after the security update ios 13.5.1 i cant open the amazfaces app... may b bcoz of the update...i dont know...need help...tqvm
