Newbie question
Hi all!
I'm a Pebble user and am seriously thinking about getting a Xiaomi Amazfit Bip, but I have a question which I haven't been able to find an answer to anywhere.
Do the downloadable watch faces have options which allow you to customise the face? For example, can you change the colour, turn certain things off (eg steps, temperature etc)?
I REALLY like the look and functions of this watch, but I want to be able to control what is displayed as my eyesight's not great.
Many thanks

Hi!
There is an app to extract data from ".bin"(watchface format) that allow you to modify all the info.
You can start with one that you like to learn how to change options.
The info provided in screen: objects position, size, colour, data and images are configurated in a .json file. Its easy to use and change. There are a lot of tutorials.
And its an amazing watch with a large battery life.
P.S. - Excuse my bad English (:

To change colors I use paint 3d and AmazfitBipTools-1.0.3.0:
1-download the bin file (that is the watch face) and 'decompress' it moving it OVER the file watchface.exe (in the amazfitbiptools directory). This will create a folder with the images and a json file.
2-right click on the image you want to change color and 'edit with paint 3d'.
You can use only 8 posible colors (you'll find their 'hex code' in other post), you can save them in the 6 free slots of the program (in the right-down corner) and they will be there next time.
3-Once you are done just 'compress' them into a bin file again (move the .json file over watchface.exe) and your new watchface would be there, renamed to "something_packed.bin"
