Hello guys! It's been close to a year since I bought my bip l(still under warranty which expires in a few days) and lately it's giving me a lot of problems with the battery. After a full charge it drops down to 15-20% on the very same day and then it lasts only for a maximum of 4-5 days! Also, I have noticed that during charging it charges only till the first level i.e. 20% and then it shows that the watch is fully charged. Citing this I used to leave the watch for another 2-3 hours after the full charge message but still there was no great improvement. I bought this watch from the Amazfit global store (China) through AliExpress. On getting in touch with the seller, they suggested to send the watch back to them for repair for which it will cost me a quarter of what I spent buying the watch (cost for freight). Has anyone tried this before?? Is it advisable? Kindly suggest!
