Can not find amazfit folder (IOS)

Is it just me or the amazfit app folders are gone? I cannot find the folder to replace watch faces. Before that I could not replace most of the watchfaces..

Amazfit is trying to make it harder?

I have the same problem. Iphone 7. After this recent update of the amazfit app the amazfit folder disapear.

i got the same problem, can not find “Amazfit” folder in Files app. My device is iPhone 6s (ios 13.1.2).

Same problem here, tried to reinstall the app but didn't work. My guess: it's a security updat, so custom watchfaces will be no longer avaliable (at least on my devide: amazfit gtr on iOS)

On android it works normal. Using amaztolls on ios the custom watch faces downloaded from here didin`t work. I still waiting a sulution for this problem.

Luucky I have an Android phone I can change them with. Soooo much better on Android!!

Me too. I have a iPhone SE and AmazTools but when i try to install a custom WF for MiBand4, the app unpack and pack the .bin file, but the watchface is pixelated (i think the app have a older version from WFTool that we use to create the watch faces). I hope that fix this soon.

The folder also disappeared from my iphone. before I could change faces. Without the folder is impossible. Will it be going to be fixed? Or did you make the change for this purpose?

I´m using amaztools to do it. I download the watch face first, and from amaztools (conecting the watch first, i have a GTS), yo go to more/Install custom file> then you choose the bin file downloaded, and the app upload the watch face to the watch.
Try it.

After the latest Amazfit updates, the folder with watch faces is not available. Our team is working on an alternative installation method. In the near future, a version of the application with direct installation on the clock will be released.

I can't access the Amazefit folder on my wife's phone at all, she has a GTR 42mm. The Amazface Android app, on my phone, syncs directly to my GTR 47mm and downloads the face without any other app. Will that update be coming to iPhone anytime soon?

I have the GTR 47mm and on my IOS i also can't find the folder and on my daughters Android Huawei tablet the Amazfit app is not compatible.
So please somebody help me installing other AmazFaces. Is there a 'how to' ? Or when is there a IOS update that will fix this issue.

I have an Amazfit Verge Lite watch with Iphone SE ios 13.3. The Amazfit application does not request access to the system folders in the Files app (there is no app folder) so I can't install custom clock pages as described in the Amazfaces app! What's next?? Thank you in advance for your help!

Unfortunately, due to frequent changes in the Amazfit and Mi fit applications, we do not always have time to respond in time to problems at work. The ios update wave has made some adjustments. We are working on fixing bugs and your feedback is important to us. At the moment, only direct installation works in the application on iOS.
