Sorry, I can't do that because I don't know what tone of yellow you're talking about. Even though you mentioned neon yellow, neon yellow has many shades.
If you want to request a color change as you want, I recommend finding a sample or an exact color code to show. Otherwise, I won't be able to do anything for you because each person's neon yellow is different.

If possible, please use English to communicate because I am not sure if the translation from google is completely correct. And if I remember correctly, it is one of the rules of post in this area
