GTR 2 to GTR 3 conversion

Hello! I would like to request the conversion of this watchface for my gtr 3. I've tried it with many tools and programs, but I A: couldn't open the bin file or B: Couldn't find a program that support the conversion of these two exact models. I've tried just installing it by itself but this didn't work either.

As far as I know there is no GTR2 to GTR3 program.
You need to unpack GTR2 and import all resources to create GTR3 only.
