Can anybody tell me how to connect (sync) my activities on my amazfit stratos to my strava account.

If you get an "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again" error, delete cookies, then try again.
Connecting stratos to strava

you can just go to your amazfit app, under profile, select add accounts, then connect to strava. btw, I'm using iphone.
My profile page (AMzfit app on Android 9) has no such option to add accounts.
