Unfortunately, it's not possible to use a Mi Band 7 watch face on the Mi Band 8 due to the differences in hardware and software specifications between the two models. Each model requires specifically designed watch faces to ensure proper functionality. As of now, there's no feasible method for converting watch faces between these two models.
