Hi, is it possible to convert or adapt a current watchface from Mi band 6 to Mi band 7? since the screen size is bigger on the 7th but i want to keep my old mi band 6 watchfaces that i already downloaded.

Well, it is possible but takes time.
As far as I know, the watch face editors between Mi band 6 and 7 are different. You can use band 6 editor to extract the elements, and rearrange them with band 7 editor. However, it takes time to put the elements into their right position.
In addition, as the length/width ratio is different between band 6 and 7, you may spend more time on the position adjustment of elements for a better look.

You can use the link mentioned in a other comment but i personally dont like it because it doesnt optimize the size of the watchface to the new big screen found on mi band 7
