Where are Instructions for using Amaazfit app in iOS

The title is in the subforum, but just says to use the app. When I select a watchface to download I get no indication that it was successful & the face is not available on my watch GTR4. If I click recent, it shows the watchface has been downloaded. How do I get the watchface to install on my watch. Zepp is synced & app & watch are up to date.
