Miles & Fahrenheit instead of Metric?

Is there any way for the people in the USA and other areas that use miles/fahrenheit/etc to change watch faces that have "KM" for distance or "C" for temperature on the watch face to change them?

Try with my designs, mostly of them are using metric and imperial units (follow the settings of the system on the app/phone)

I realize most of the world uses metric, but it would be nice for the many "imperial" users to have it read "Distance" or "DIS" or "DIST" instead of KM.... that would apply to both.
