Watch face Dual Time Zone

Please how i will choose - time zones ? From settings it is possible only + time zones

@G.kantas you can adjust the time zones by press the watchface and select customize.

The issue is how to choose - time zones ?
When you select customize only ahead hours you can choose ( + time zones).

I want to change the timezone by -2:30 Hours. How to do that, in customize settings it allow only +hours and from 1 to 12 but not in decimal like 1.5 , 2.5, 3.5 etc.
