Watch Face Help

So I have no skill, but tons of ideas for watch faces. I wish I had the time to learn how to make my own, but don’t.

Is there a person or community who might help make my visions reality?

I’m thinking a Fight Club soap bar, but with the time.

Also, Dick Tracy, the old 1930’s comic super spy who had a “high tech” watch.

Have downloaded 6 faces on all of them after a few seconds the second hand disapears, on digital displays the seconds stop blinking,the fingers and face go low res.or freeze If i press the light button [top] in comes back the and hands and face good again, keeps time allways and the pre loaded faces no trouble its a Stratos.... can any one help Thanks Roy.
