Hey guys I want to make a Gtr 4 watchface for my gtr 3. is there anybody who can tell me where I can get the original Gtr 4 watchface?

This watchface I port from the picture you have shown.
I hope it's enough to help you build more according to your needs.

This dial is an analog 24H.
The hour hand will move follows the number indicated on the dial.
minutes and seconds hand will be the same as usual in 12H format.

This watch face cannot be edited with the SashaCX75's editor.
if you open it with SashaCX75's editor
The element in the hour hand will disappear.
because in that part will be custom code

If you want to edit further you can use notepad to open file index.js in the zip file for editing.

There was a thing wrong am/pm was not correct it shows 10 in the evening and 22 in the morning. I have cleared that and make a German translation. Many thanks for ur work!

i have fixed it on my own yesterday. I have also made an 12h Version. The 24h is not the right thing for me. I publish it on Amazfaces if it's okay for u.
