Moderation takes long but not for everyone?

Hi I'm curious why if I upload watchfaces most of the time it takes very long to be approved.
I see other watchfaces much later published being approved much earlier and than after a long time my watchface get approved but sometimes already 8 or sometimes even a lot more watchfaces are above it because they were later published than mine but we're already al long time available for download.
This is not always but it happens a lot.
Sometimes I missed it even myself because I have to scroll down to notice that it finally is available.

Usually, 24 hours are allocated for the moderation process. In this interval, the moderator is obliged to check all materials submitted for consideration. Sometimes the processes can be delayed, as our team works under constant shelling and bombing* from the terrorist state of the russian federation. After a certain period, at the discretion of the moderator, the user is transferred to a group for which the moderation process is disabled and his work automatically falls into the catalog within 15 minutes.

*An example of the last shelling, which was a few hours ago. By the way, it's only 150 meters from my house:

Ok thank you for clarifying the difference as to why some watch faces are accepted much faster. That's because they've been cleared by the moderator for checking.

Regarding your situation it is terrible and can only wish everyone a lot of strength and safety.
It's hard to imagine what it must be like when all this happens so close by.
