Please for help to Convert Bip watch face to Bip S - bin file

Can someone convert this watch Bip face to Bip S ?
I tried 2 days to convert my old watch Bip face to Bip S but without success.

Please for help!

Can't no one do this?
I'm an old man and my eyes are already weak.
I used this skin on my old watch Bip and I'm used to this skin.
I am willing to pay if someone makes this skin for Bip S.

First of all, I would like to inform you that I don't have Bips, so I can only check for compile errors.
And this is only testing the tools related to Bip s, for confirm this can be done with existing tools or not, so you have to test on Bip s yourself and if you have any issue or need any further corrections please. fix it by yourself
