Can't "make Private" for Watch face testing.

I had an watch face in private setting for testing in favourite in my old account. After closing my old account to set up a new account, my new account is unable to set "Make private" in "upload new". Please advise. Thank you.

You did not ask to transfer anything to the new one, so all data, including dials and comments, was deleted.
"Make private" - The option is available for those who have public watch faces and are not in the group of new users.

I had a single public watch face loaded, so how long will it takes before I am not considered in the group of new user? Or rather when could I start to upload under "make private" ?

I'm asking because I want to upload a personnal watchface so I can transfert to my watch thru your app. It is the only way available (Amazfit GTR 3 Pro). I do not want it to be made public! This option does not work for new users. Your watch face will be sent for moderation and after it will be published on the site. If you like, we can hide the watch face for you during the moderation phase. Specify in the description that you want to hide this watch face.
