Same resolution as Amazfit Falcon.
OS is Zepp OS ( Version 1.0 )

So , from the example that the GTR4 can open the GTR3 dial.
I think watchface from falcon ...

The images for the GTR Mini look weird. Like they were made wrong. I would like to see a real working dial to make sure that this is not a mistake in the online editor.

Other image viewers can open these files too. But everywhere they look distorted. You can even see it in your screenshots. I guess it has to do with the sequence in the color map. This is clearly visible if you encode an image with a small number of colors and then change the extension to tga and ...

Test utility for converting images to watchface format for GTR mini. Judging by the previous message in normal mode, the image is converted normally.

ZduneX25 I don't plan to add terminal mode work. A little later I will clean up the code and post it. Then whoever wants can remake it to their needs.

Updated utility for converting images. The number in the input field determines the number of colors in the image at which the improved algorithm is triggered (or you can force the enhanced algorithm to be enabled).

I use your "watchface editor for GT3" and there are some watchface that when unpack the dial there is only background detected no other element detected.
