Can someone from skilled creators can help me and fix this watchface for GTR3 Pro because uses ttf font and GTR3 Pro can't show ttf fonts elements because of limited from zepp os 1.0. Sadly i don't have the skills to replace ttf fonts my own and that's why i ask for help. Please ...

There are so many works where you don't like little things, then you could change all that on your own.

First unpack the WF and look at the graphics.
In this case you would then notice, for example, that the altitude in the graphic is sym4.png. Edit the graphic ...

Yes, unzip, put the 3 graphics in the assets folder, overwrite the 3 there and repack WF.

But please, please have a look at it first, maybe you will learn something. If you compare the respective graphics (old against new) you will notice how it works.

My watch does not recognize the .tff and unfortunately does not display any values.

The font is not displayed because the font used is not TTF.
Most fonts obtained from facer are OTF. Although the editor can display it correctly, it may not be displayed on the clock.
Therefore, if you want to use a font, make sure it is TTF or, if it is OTF, convert it to TTF before using it ...
