In my opinion
Anyone can do it if
- if , can use photo editing program .
- if , understand the elements of the watch face that you will need to do.
- if , can use program watch face maker.
- This is important. Must to effort to do. , Don't say to yourself ...

i would try this myself but I cannot open bin file in sashas editor to convert it
