Thanks for the tip! That probably will work in my case. Only problem I'm facing now is getting a usable file size using the "as is" packing method since pallete won't allow partially opaque images. Any ideas?

Hey! This tool is amazing. It makes it so much easier to put the watchfaces together.
But there is something I want to know if it's possible, i can't find it anywhere.
Do you know if there is a way to change the drawing order of the elements? I want the battery icon to be behind the date, but it ...

Any tips for making watchfaces with gifs? I had to get rid of LOTS of frames to make is fit in the 320kb limit, tried compressing the PNGs but it makes no difference. Now I have 10 frames, and they play way too fast. Anything I can try to fix this?
