I modify a little and make 12/24hr two versions.

ps: 24hr version v1.0 only hour arm blue,, 1.1 both arm blue.
v.1.1 -- Fixed 12hr/24hr wacth face. (both hour/minutes arm are blue.
v1.2 -- 12/24hr auto-switch,, at AM show 12hr and at PM show 24hr watchface!
Note: BIP6 Chiense edition is for Chinese user only (weekday use Chinese name)
