it works in 24h format.
for the 12 h format to work. must be enabled in phone settings. (settings-system-date and time-disable 24-hour format.)

About Request Watchface for Bip Max
Thanks for the answer. I last made a watch face for my mom for the GTS 4 Mini. Now we are waiting for the new Bip Max (it is only available for pre-order here) and I am very excited...

I'm not sure why you're having that problems.
You've reported several watch faces not working, but I tested them and they work normally.
I think it's best to check your device first.
I tested all my watchface on real device (bipmax) before upload and it work normally, If you can't play it, I don't know why either.
The game won't start until you press "start" in the upper left corner.
You can read the game controls in the description.
