First i just wanted port it for Bip-S, but while i started working on it, i saw some things what i wanted change and some things whated fix, so i remake it litte.
All variants:
DD-MM / 24H (ENG / CZ) => bip-s_dots_white-mod_eng, bip-s_dots_white-mod_cz
MM-DD / 24H (ENG) => bip-s_dots_white-mod_mm-dd_eng
MM-DD / 12H (ENG) => bip-s_dots_white-mod_12h_eng
