No pone tiempo ni temperatura porque no es necesario, en España siempre hace bueno, y si queremos saber si llueve miramos por la ventana.
Tampoco pone el mes, bueno está que no sepas que numero de día es, incluso el día de la semana, pero si no sabes el mes... no mereces ser español, y por tanto esta no es tu esfera.
