Easy to read with largest fonts for people who might not have the best vision for such a small watch but still with as much information as possible.
Lots of watch faces are white on black which is hard to read, black on white background is better for visibility. Also tried to fill with as much info as possible and not make the fonts be too small. Useful without all the useless graphics that are difficult to read on such a small screen.
Also date format is DD : MM for europe/australia/NZ etc
