Anxiety often has me using the watch to beat myself up.
"Am I late?"
"What SHOULD I have accomplished by this time?"
"Look at the time! I've wasted my day!"
So I wanted a reminder to be present. I've hidden the time and simply reminded myself to be here, and not worry about the future or the past. Thanks to the work of Stupdude, if I really want to know the time, I can hit the unlock button and see the time, date, heart rate, and steps.
