朗格貓頭鷹,是朗格最牛的高端表之一,首次面世時
，公眾的反應真如五味瓶被打翻一般：有驚喜歡呼的，有不置可否的，有緊鎖眉頭的，有疑惑的，有讚嘆的，有否定的，有肯定的。一句話，它立時火了----因為伴隨而來的評價不一的討論，使朗格自身也成了話題。
錶盤布局
就是左右各一隻窗口----兩隻大眼睛，左管小時跳時，右司分鐘跳時。正中央「額頭」掌動儲顯示，似包公額頭的一輪彎月般。中下部也就是6時位置，相對頗大的一個小秒盤，可以說是它的「大嘴」了,真是，活生生就是一圓瞪雙眼的的貓頭鷹！最有意思的是這隻「貓頭鷹」還有倆「鼻孔」呢！兩隻「眼睛」中間以一座時間橋相連，像是貓頭鷹所架的一副眼鏡兒，而在「鼻樑」下，有兩隻對稱的「鼻孔」----一隻鼻孔是螺絲，一隻鼻孔是藍寶石水晶套筒。
腕錶每個小時須同時將三個數字盤全部向前推進一次，此一動作需要有充分的能量推動。腕錶能量來自一個備有特長主發條的全新發條盒。腕錶上鏈的時候涉及磨擦功率較高的發條盒軸承，但在主發條漸漸鬆開的時候，發條盒齒輪會轉向磨擦最小的軸承。這樣便可有更大的扭距來驅動腕錶及推動小時數字盤和分鐘數字盤。
話說回來，外貌雖重要、雖好玩兒，Zeitwerk真正吸引人的還是它的如時間機器般的功能和高超技術。
