The changes are:
1. Bigger battery font moved to the right.
2. Lined up icons instead of boxed.
3. Bigger battery indicator.
4. Lock icon remains locked when watch is locked.
5. Changed on/off images for - lock, alarm, dnd and bluetooth.
The battery indicator is based on /bip/view/?id=9741
and the icons are based on /bip/view/?id=9757
