To change the theme, press and hold the watch screen with a finger for a few seconds until the theme change option appears. Below the image of this theme, a small pen icon will appear for editing. Tap it, and you will be directed to the settings and theme selection page. To confirm the desired image, after selecting it, press the upper right button.
Additionally, you can tap the parts indicated in the photo to access various sections, such as:
Battery
Pressure
Altitude
Calendar
Sleep Time
Stopwatch
Alarm
