for the 12 h format to work. must be enabled in phone settings. (settings-system-date and time-disable 24-hour format.)

The Active 2 (Round) has a 466x466 screen resolution, so this watchface(480x480) won't fit the Active 2 (Round) device. Since you mentioned that the watch face can be edited, I assume you can use the Sasha CX75's editor. If you can use the editor, I recommend trying the 'convert' function to change this watch face to an Active 2 (Round) design. This will make it look much more compatible with your device.

If the reported issue occurs, please refresh and generate the QR code again. The problem may be due to you having generated the QR code too long ago.
The problem is not with the watchface
The installation has been tested and is working normally.
