Other watch faces can be taken, copied, or remade without any problems, but the paid ones are fine; I paid for them. If you buy watch faces, do with them what you want. GIK-Teamadmin I understand what you’re saying, and this is exactly the core of the problem.

If a watch face is originally taken from the Zepp Store, then it’s already not an original work of the person who modified it first. In such cases, it’s really not appropriate to treat it as “one’s own exclusive work”, especially to the point of forbidding others from making further changes.

Taking paid or proprietary content, modifying it, publishing it, and then trying to block others from doing similar modifications is not a healthy or fair approach. If someone chooses to work with non-original sources, they should also accept that others may do the same — or simply avoid publishing such work at all.

That’s why we always encourage:
  • using original designs whenever possible,
  • respecting the source of the work,
  • and avoiding conflicts over content that wasn’t truly original to begin with.
