It's not easy and time-consuming, and I don't use other languages, so I definitely wouldn't do it. If you really want it, create images of all 12 months in your language as ready-to-use images and send the images along with your request to the relevant forum. If you mean image editing, you can use any graphic editor you're comfortable with that can open PNG files.
