Note:
Weather animation test on ZeppOS 3.5 and 5.0 Other Version I can not confirm It work or not
Because I have device that use ZeppOS 3.5 and 5.0 only.
Weather animation not work on ZeppOS 1.x

it works in 24h format.
for the 12 h format to work. must be enabled in phone settings. (settings-system-date and time-disable 24-hour format.)
