- тап на готовності перемкне: готовність - тренувальна навантаження - час будильника, кожен показник можна відкрити через довгий тап;
- Зліва від готовності, через синій олівець ви можете вибрати будь-яку програму на годиннику, для запуску з циферблату;
- Праворуч від готовності, через синій олівець ви можете вибрати будь-яке тренування на годиннику, для запуску з циферблату;
- тап-зони: на пульсі, на заряді, активності, на хвилинах, на секундах;

- tap on readiness to switch: readiness - training load - alarm time, each indicator can be opened by long tap;
- to the left of readiness, using the blue pencil, you can select any program on the watch to start from the dial;
