it works in 24h format.
for the 12 h format to work. must be enabled in phone settings. (settings-system-date and time-disable 24-hour format.)

Actually I will not reply in the comments about the request. If you want to request for other devices, I suggest using the related forum, it would be a more appropriate place to request. But in this case, I am already using Bip6, I created this watch face for Bip6, which has the same screen as GTS4, so the watch face on Bip6 should work with GTS4. You can test it yourself.
