This watchface uses the Aurebesh alphabet. Aurebesh is the alphabet most used in the Star Wars universe. The numbers are fairly easy to recognize as they closely resemble their Arabic counterparts..
There is a "digital" numbers in Aurebesh that are made up of dots and lines. I'm using this version of numbers for the seonds display at the center right.
The alphabet letters correspond to our Latin alphabet and the word are written in English using the Aurebesh alphabet.

The only item on this watchface that uses the Aurebesh alphabet is the day of the week displayed before the day number (above the time).
There are a number of hotspots on the watchface.
