It displays all clock data in English.There are five buttons:
The first button is the digital clock.
The second button displays the current weather, including the maximum and minimum temperatures.
The third button displays steps, distance, calories burned, and heart rate.
The fourth button displays altitude, wind direction, humidity, and atmospheric pressure.
The five button above 9 o'clock display watch hand change

The Zepp app request the weather data from it's own backend (a REST API), wich itself gets its weather data from Xiaomi. Xiaomi has a weather service/app wich aggregates weather info from different sources worldwide wich are not disclosed....
